Enjoy the quiet life at 6300 feet elevation with this 1100 sq.ft. home that has been recently redecorated and had a lot of work done including a new greywater system and new solar system. The house comes with two wells, one supplies the house with a 1200 gallon storage tank and the other well is at the back of the property with a 10,000 tank for irrigation or livestock. So much is included with this homestead such as a small man made pond (prior owners used it for ducks), washer and propane dryer, propane wall heater, swamp cooler, refrigerator, 5500 generator in it's own custom built storage box, a 1999 Chevy Tahoe 4 X 4, an emergency shelter already in place for personalized modifications and much more.

With so much accessible room this property is perfect as a getaway place, full time residence or even set up as an emergency "bug-out" location. There is lots of room to add out buildings, a greenhouse or even a few RVs if the need is there in order to provide for the entire family a location for safety. This property is the only full time residence on the road which is about 10 miles off the highway. The nearest full time residence near the property is about 8 or so miles away so plenty of privacy.
